We provide a sustainable delivery service for High street retailers that allows customers to receive their items the same-day.

Our ‘Try Before You Buy’ service for fashion products, offers the customer 15 minutes to try the items on in the comfort of their own home or office. If they are not fully satisfied with their purchase, we will return the item back to the store and take away the hassle associated with returns.

Our mission is to provide a sustainable delivery solution for the environment, as all our deliveries are fulfilled on e-cargo bikes and e-vans, leaving a zero carbon footprint. This is supported by the Zero Emissions Network, an initiative by The Mayor of London, Hackney, Tower Hamlets, and Islington Council.

Supporting the High Street

We also work with local authorities to help regenerate our High streets. Helping local retailers increase their sales by providing another channel to sell their products and a faster, more convenient delivery solution.

A seasoned and well respected business professional, who has over 19 years of experience within the corporate world. Erkut has actively created and managed multiple companies with large teams both in the UK and abroad.

Ben Salsbury

Brand & Business Manager

An accomplished management professional with 10 years of Retail and E-commerce expertise. Experienced in customer services, logistics and operational procedures, having spent the majority of his career with one of the largest upmarket retailers in the UK, in both customer-facing and distribution roles. Now heading up the business, brand and operational development at Tryd.

Jordan Ghafur D'Sa

Creative & Digital Lead

As the Creative and Digital Lead, Jordan manages all the social media platforms and creates content for this weekly. Also, assisting with tasks in which his extensive graphic design skills can be applied. These include print and e-media, as well as helping design content for the marketing and development of Tryd.

With extensive experience in retail operational management in one of Britain’s most respected brands, James oversees the day-to-day delivery service as well as client liaison.
